Returns Policy

  1. Return Window: Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

  2. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
    • The product is in the same condition that you received it.
    • The product has the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from FreedomTechSolutions. If you received an incorrect item, FreedomTechSolutions will bear the return shipping cost.

  4. Damaged Items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

  5. Refunds: Once we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  6. Deductions: Please be aware that we reserve the right to withhold the payment processing fee which can be up to 5%, and any shipping fees incurred, from the refund amount.
