Android phones have come a long way since their introduction, and one of the most significant improvements is in the navigation system. Modern phones offer two primary navigation modes: 3-button, and gesture-based navigation. Each mode has its strengths and weaknesses, and navigating them can be confusing at first. In this article, we’ll explain how to navigate your FTS phone with ease.

The FTS phone ships with the 3-button system navigation setting due to its simplicity. This mode has been around since the early days of Android and includes three buttons at the bottom of the screen: the center circle, left triangle/back arrow, and right square.

Here are the different commands for each navigation mode:

Gesture-based navigation is the most modern and fluid navigation mode, but it may take some time to get used to. The key to mastering the gesture-based navigation system is to remember the different gestures for each command.
